We introduce ourselves

We are a sports school for traditional Shotokan karate in Munich and on the Ammersee. We train and teach together in Munich-Solln and in Eching am Ammersee.
In addition to the sporting aspect - body control, fitness, strength, endurance - friendly, respectful interaction with one another and personal development of the individual are particularly important to us.
Karate at a high level with top trainers.

Target group:

Whether advanced karateka, newcomers, children from 4 years or re-entrants are warmly welcome with us. You are welcome to visit one at any time free Come over for a trial session.

Our partners:

Since 2015, we have been visiting the various Elly & Stoffl kindergartens throughout Munich.

We teach children from 3-6 years on site.
We have been offering karate at Sports4You in Munich-Solln for many years.
